Do I need kettlebell experience to join?
No. The kettlebell exercises in our workouts are simple enough to be performed by anyone, regardless of experience level.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a single kettlebell to get started. We recommend starting with a 5-20lb kettlebell. If it's within your budget, get a competition kettlebell (they have larger handles). If it's not, any kettlebell will do.
How long are the classes?
Our classes range from 5 to 60 minutes.
How often should I train?
You can train with our classes anywhere from 1 to 7 days per week. Our shorter classes (5-15 minutes) can be done daily, whereas our longer classes (30-60 minutes) are best done 2-3 times per week.
Can I access the classes anytime?
Yes, you have unlimited access to the content, anytime. All classes are offered on demand.
Is this a subscription? Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, this is a subscription, and you will be billed monthly or yearly (depending on which one you select). You can cancel anytime.
What results can I expect?
Many of our students feel a difference in their strength, balance, and body awareness within days or weeks of starting our classes. You'll start to notice more changes in 2-3 months. Major changes in strength, fitness, and body composition are dependent on your diet and recovery, and will take longer to achieve (6-12 months).
