What’s the difference between Kettlebell Solo and Premium membership?
The Kettlebell Solo membership includes 120+ classes, 3 programs, and Members Only community.
Premium membership includes 280+ classes, 20+ programs, challenges, Members Only community, and 2 onboarding calls with Britt.
In addition, we add new content regularly and provide yearly programming so you can train with more structure and get better results.
The 6 Week LUCKS Program that we'll be doing as our "get fit for summer" program is included in Premium membership.
How will I know what workouts to do inside the membership?
When you join during this offer window, you’ll get our Comeback Plan and Former Member Re-entry call, which will help you outline a plan to ease back into consistency without getting overwhelmed.
The Premium membership also guides you from month to month and tells you which program or challenge to do next.
How long are the classes in the LUCKS Program?
The LUCKS Program classes are 20-35 minutes long, 3x per week.
What results can I expect when I join Premium?
As a Kettlebell Solo member, you already have access to excellent training. The difference with Premium isn’t effort — it’s structure.
When you follow well-designed programming, you'll notice:

What happens if I can’t follow the program perfectly?
Nothing happens.
All of our programs are designed to be flexible. If you miss a week, you can simply pick up where you left off.
If you need to make adjustments to the reps, exercises, or duration of the workout in order to complete the program, you're welcome to.
Consistency is encouraged, not enforced.
