Is this different from my previous membership?
Yes. The membership you had previously is now called Kettlebell Solo Premium. This membership gives you access to 120+ classes and 3 programs (as opposed to 280+ classes, 20+ programs, and challenges).
Should I choose Regular or Premium membership?
We recommend Regular membership for those who want access to many of our 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes kettlebell classes (and a few programs), and are also on a tight budget.
We recommend Premium membership for those who want to have first access to new programs, classes, and challenges, and have a larger budget for their kettlebell training.
Do I need kettlebell experience to join?
No. The kettlebell exercises in our workouts are simple enough to be performed by anyone, regardless of experience level.
What equipment do I need?
You can train with our classes anywhere from 1 to 7 days per week. Our shorter classes (5-15 minutes) can be done daily, whereas our longer classes (30-60 minutes) are best done 2-3 times per week.
Can I access the classes anytime?
Yes, you have unlimited access to 120+ classes and 3 programs included in the regular membership. All classes are offered on demand.
How long are the classes?
The classes included are 10, 15, 30, and 60 minute kettlebell workouts (Kettlebell Quickie, Kettlebell Fit in 15, Kettlebell Express, and Kettlebell Solo).
How does billing work?
You will be billed every month or every year at the rate you sign up at today (as long as you do not cancel). This is the lowest price we will ever offer. You can cancel your membership anytime.
What results can I expect?
Many of our students feel a difference in their strength, balance, and body awareness within days or weeks of starting our classes. You'll start to notice more changes in 2-3 months. Major changes in strength, fitness, and body composition are dependent on your diet and recovery, and will take longer to achieve (6-12 months).
